This is version v1 of the notice, the same text you read and sign in the app.
What recording collects
Eyeline captures first-person video and audio of your tasks and workspace, plus recording-related details such as clip duration, capture settings and the project or task you select.
What happens when you submit
Submitting uploads your recording and associated data to Eyeline. Quality analysis runs during submission to check the recording's video, audio and task quality.
Your workspace. Your control.
Only record where you have permission. Avoid other people's faces, voices and personal information, including screens, mail and private documents. You can stop recording at any time; stop if someone enters.
Delete account ≠ delete data
Deleting your account does not delete previously submitted recordings or associated data.
Stopping future recording does not remove data already submitted. You can delete your account in Settings, but submitted data will remain.
Your recording consent
Signing in or verifying your email is not recording consent. Make your choice below and sign to complete sign-up.
What you confirm when you sign
- I have read this privacy notice and understand that deleting my account does not delete submitted recordings or associated data.
- I consent to first-person video and audio collection, recording-related metadata, submission and quality analysis as described above.
- I have permission to record my workspace and will avoid capturing other people's personal information.
Your signature confirms the recording consent above. A full name alone is not a signature.
